Writing these books has reminded me — and many of my readers — that even when the odds are stacked against us, the human spirit refuses to break. Whether it’s surviving a dying world or confronting the darkness that lives in our own backyards, my stories explore how we come together, fight for one another, and choose hope when everything around us says we shouldn’t. Through every character and every world I build, I want to invite readers to walk beside me on this journey — to stand for what’s good, to push back against the shadows, and to believe that even in our darkest moments, we can still be the light.

Michael was born in Jamaica, W.I., and grew up in Freeport, the Bahamas, and in the Bronx, New York, where his love for storytelling first took root. He is an author and a certified Astrobiologist through the University of Arizona, and has been writing books and short stories, creating comic books, and producing abstract art since the age of fourteen.

He now lives in Baltimore City with his wife, Shannon, his partner of nearly thirty years.

When he’s not writing, Michael explores worldbuilding, character continuity, and the psychology of fear — crafting stories that linger long after the last page. He’s also an avid collector of Marvel action figures and a lifelong lover of cinematic storytelling.

Mission Statement

I explore the thin line between science and the supernatural — the fragile space where logic falters, mysteries awaken, and ordinary people are forced to confront the extraordinary. My stories live in that in‑between place, where fear and wonder collide, where truth hides behind shadows, and where the human spirit is tested against forces far greater than itself.

Whether it’s an alien ship breaking through storm clouds, a haunted house whispering secrets after midnight, or a legendary creature stepping out of the woods, my mission is to reveal the humanity inside the unknown — the courage, the vulnerability, the choices that define us when the impossible becomes real.
